maggie cheung + rodarte = beautiful

I just read on Anothermag.com about this collaboration with Rodarte designers, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, and Hong Kong boutique, Joyce. The designers created four looks inspired by the graceful and classic Hong Kong actress, Maggie Cheung. Check out the short film by Wing Shya, done for Joyce boutique, which features the four looks. If there was one word I had to describe Rodarte's 2010/2011 A/W's fashion show it would be ethereal. It was refreshingly exquisite! I believe one day, people will learn the art of mixing and matching textures, prints and monochromatic colors. Untill that day, here is some inspiration to get us there...
